Booking FAQs

1. Is there a fee/charge for booking? 

No, there is no flat charge for a booking, but if your booking is for more than 15 guests and/or it’s during our peak operating hours, a minimum spend commitment could be required.

2. Are there any costs for singing Karaoke? 

No, the use of our central karaoke stage is absolutely free of charge for all guests that have ordered something from our menu.

3. Can I use this form to make a table reservation?

Yes you can use this form to make bookings for any group of up to 15 guests. For larger bookings, please email us at info@karaokekong.co.za.

4. Can I book out the entire venue for an event?

Yes, but please note that exclusive venue bookings will require a minimum spend commitment. Email us at info@karaokekong.co.za for more information.

5. What is the latest I can make a booking for?

We unfortunately do not take bookings past 21:00 in the evening. 

6. What happens if I don’t book a table and just arrive (i.e. walk in)?

We welcome any customer to simply drop by during our normal operating hours, but please note that available seating is managed on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis and we cannot unfortunately guarantee that all walk-in customers will be able to be seated.

7. Why I am not able to book at a certain time or day?

This is most likely because we are already at full seating capacity on this particular time/day. To see however if we can accommodate you in some way, please email us at info@karaokekong.co.za with the details of your requested booking. We’ll always try our best to make a plan for you.

Please note: We reserve the right to reallocate booked seating to walk-in customers if a guest fails to arrive within 30 minutes of their agreed booking start time.
